Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby give Elixír tours s.r.o., with its registered office at Holšická 1327, 190 16 Praha 9, Company ID: 29026270, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 160946 (hereinafter "Elixír tours"), my free and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data for marketing purposes, in particular for sending information about products, services, surveys, competitions and other events of Elixír tours.

In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, Elixír tours as the controller will process personal data to the extent I have provided it, in particular my first name, surname and e-mail address, or other information that Elixír tours has obtained about me.

I give this consent for a period of 5 years from the day it is given.

I may withdraw this consent at any time, even before the end of the period for which it was given. I can do so electronically by e-mail to info@elixirtours.cz or in writing to the address of Elixír tours given above. I acknowledge that withdrawing my consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Scope of processing

The controller will process your personal data to the extent you have provided it in connection with ordering the controller's products and services, or with a contract for a trip or sports stay concluded between you and the provider as the controller, in particular: first name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and home address or date of birth.

Purpose of processing

The controller will process your personal data in order to perform the contract concluded between you and the controller, to include you in the controller's database and for direct marketing, i.e. information about the products and services of the controller or of third parties, including commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing is this consent of yours, the legitimate interest of the controller (processing for direct marketing purposes), and the performance of rights and obligations arising from a binding order on the basis of which a contract is concluded, as well as the contract itself.

Period of processing

The controller will process your personal data for a period of 5 years, unless you withdraw this consent.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time and free of charge using the controller's contact details below. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. Nor does it affect personal data that the controller processes on a legal basis other than consent (processing necessary for the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or other reasons set out in applicable law).

Access to personal data

Your personal data will be accessible to the controller and to other processors who provide appropriate safeguards, whose processing complies with the requirements of applicable law and ensures due protection of your rights.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have, in particular, the following rights:

• the right of access to your personal data;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time;
• the right to have your personal data corrected or completed;
• the right to request restriction of processing;
• the right to object to or complain about processing in certain cases;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases;
• the right to erasure of your personal data in certain cases;
• other rights set out in the Personal Data Protection Act and in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Obligation to provide personal data

There is no obligation; you provide your personal data to the controller entirely voluntarily. Some services do, however, require certain personal data — if you do not provide it, you will not be able to use that service.

Security of personal data

All personal data you provide to the controller is secured by standard procedures and technologies. The controller guarantees that it checks its systems regularly and uses such security measures as can reasonably be required to prevent unauthorised access to the personal data provided.
